Mix the sunflower seed oil with turmeric and warm it to 90ºC
Boil the mustard grains in water for 15 minutes. Add the oil and keep. Cook the Sirloin steak in the oil and turmeric mixture for 25 to 30 minutes at 90ºC.
Sauté the mustard leaves in olive oil and add the vinegar. They are placed on the middle of the plate and are topped with mustard shoots together with the grains.
Cut the sirloin steak and place a slice on the mustard preparation. Serve with some beef gravy, placed in a sauce bowl.
