Cooking Tips: Regularly cooked whole this cut is great either in the oven or on the BBQ, or why not try as Carpaccio. Carpaccio is where you roll the fillet in herbs and then lightly freeze before slicing in wafer thin slices...an Italian delight as a starter (antipasti)
